- • All Fresh sea food products are non-returnable.
- • Sea Lanka will not be held liable for any issues relating to the recipient not being at home when the delivery arrives to deliver the order. So please ensure your presence or make necessary arrangements to receive the order placed.
- • In the customer absence in the premises, kindly inform on prior notice to hand over to neighbor or Security etc. with the note to the concern person to avoid miscommunication.
- • Also in any case of changing the order date or place of delivery or any other information can be changed by an email or by calling us on our hotline before 9.00a.m on the delivery day.
- • If you do have any issues with your product on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible.
- • Any cancellation or change in the order should be informed within two hours’ time of the order taken placed.
