5. Payment & Security

We utilize secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., IPG) to process transactions.

• SEA.lk does not store your full credit/debit card details on our servers.
• Payment must be cleared before the dispatch of goods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• Third-Parties: SEA.lk is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearances, or "Force Majeure" events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes).
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Generally, items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase within the stipulated timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of SEA.lk or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, SEA.lk shall not be liable for:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
